Austin's Mission Statement:

The Mission of Austin High School is to create and maintain a personalized environment ensuring that every member of the school community reaches the highest level of academic achievement as determined by state and national standards. We commit to a collaborative, comprehensive system of support to assure this outcome.

 Goals:

• 11th grade cadets SAT/ACT testing NLT October.
• 12th grade cadet scholarship application submitted  NLT December.
• Recieve a 97% rating in the District Inspection.
• Maintain Honor Unit with Distinction.
• Place in the top 5 among HISD Drill Competitions.

• College (By Way of Academic Success)
• ROTC Programs/Scholarships- Texas A&M JCAP, Military Academies
• Military Services: Goals of Discipline, Success, OFF THE STREETS
